So, a convergence of events has finally led me to join Twitter. Let's just say it involved a busy day, a news article showcasing its usefulness (in getting out of jail), and a phase of being somewhat social.
So you got a Vox. A Flickr? A YouTube? A Tumblr? Another blog? A Twitter? Reel all that shit in with Jaiku!
Using the RSS/Atom feeds from those sites, you can have all the updates all consolidated into your Jaiku, which you can also use like Twitter to keep folks updated on what you're up to. Get your folkers to make their own Jaiku's, too, so everyone doesn't have to all be clickin on hella sites to see what's new, if anything.
You can text status updates from your phone, but the number is from Sweden. But if you have a compatible Nokia, you can download the app onto your phone and have it work that way. A Java app is in the works as well, for the rest of us who don't have Nokia.
So get on that! Time to step up your web game.

If you have a Mac, download the Juhu desktop client so you don't have to be on a web browser to view/use Jaiku. You can view the entire Jaiku stream or just your contacts. The interface is nice, just like you'd expect, and it also has added icons that display on Jaiku:
For you PC-users, there's Jay-Q. Looks like it works the same, just as functional, but obviously not as nice an interface. ;]
